Terms and conditions
Access to and use of the services offered by Maisons Alpines are subject to the following terms and conditions. By booking a stay at one of our properties, the guest fully accepts the conditions set forth below.
1. Reservations and Payments
- The reservation is considered confirmed only after payment of the deposit or the full amount, depending on the specific conditions of the chosen rate.
- The balance of the total amount must be paid by the deadline established at the time of booking.
- Any tourist taxes, where applicable, will be specified in the booking and must be paid separately.
2. Cancellation and Change Policy
- Cancellation of the reservation is subject to the conditions indicated during the booking process.
- In case of cancellation after the deadline, a penalty up to the full amount of the reservation may be applied.
- Any changes to your reservation are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Rules of the Structure
- Guests agree to abide by the House Rules, available in the relevant section and provided upon check-in.
- Failure to comply with the rules may result in penalties or removal from the facility without the right to a refund.
4. Guest Responsibilities
- The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the property or furnishings during their stay and agrees to report any problems immediately.
- Maisons Alpines is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to personal items left on the property.
5. Check-in e Check-out
- Check-in is available from 3:00 PM and check-out must be done by 11:00 AM.
- Failure to comply with the check-out time may result in additional charges.
6. Force Majeure
- Maisons Alpines will not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or inability to provide the service due to force majeure (natural events, health emergencies, government restrictions, etc.).
7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
- The Court of Aosta will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
